The Tony Neely Service Award includes several factors, servant leadership, willingness to work, and ability to teach others. Mr. Neely served as the NISD Career and Technical Education Director for numerous years until his retirement in 2015. 

It is a great pleasure to call upon a student, who may indeed follow in Mr. Neely’s footsteps to provide students opportunities through agricultural education one day.
